EMG Physical Therapy was founded on a simple belief: real recovery takes time and attention that insurance-driven care rarely allows. As a cash-pay practice, we treat the whole person — not a billing code — for as long as it truly takes.
From a baby's first steps to a lifetime of staying active and independent, EMG Physical Therapy builds an individualized plan around exactly where you are — and where you want to go.
Supporting early motor milestones and sensory development through personalized, play-based care that includes the whole family.
Optimize performance, prevent injury, and return to the sports and activities you love with expert, hands-on care.
Improve balance, build strength, and maintain the independence and confidence to stay active at home and in life.
Every session is fully dedicated to you — no double-booking, no rushed visits.
Skip the commute and the waiting room — we bring the clinic to your living room.
Evidence-based programs built around your goals, your pace, your life.
Your goals. Our focus. Every plan is built around you, not a diagnosis code.
You're treated in the most comfortable, convenient setting there is — home.
Evidence-based treatment designed to fit your life, not the other way around.
No insurance barriers, no surprise denials — just exceptional, transparent care.
EMG Physical Therapy operates as a cash-pay practice, which means no insurance company stands between you and your care. Many patients are still able to recoup a portion of their costs, however, by submitting an itemized receipt — often called a “superbill” — directly to their insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington in 2012 and has since practiced across a wide range of clinical settings, including acute care, outpatient, early intervention, home health, and geriatrics.
That breadth of experience shapes her approach today: treating the whole person, not just the condition, with compassionate, well-rounded care delivered directly to patients throughout the Greater Seattle area — with occupational and speech therapy services also available as needed for a truly comprehensive plan of care.
